Go outside and breathe in the air. Take full deep breaths to give your body that same full burst of energy as you meet your day.
Let your vision receive all of nature; the trees, the blossoms, the hills, the mountains, the streams, the rivers, the ponds, the lakes, the oceans, the sky, the clouds and all of life that resides in each of those places.
Come alive with the aliveness of nature. Let it envelop you and feel its healing warmth. Do those things that bring you peace of mind. Say those things that your heart wants to express. Be that person that you know resides within.
If there is something you want to try, try it. You'll have a blast and then you'll have amazing stories to share with others.
Learn to be present as you move through your day. We think of our physical senses and can use any or all of them to keep us present. It's a feeling; a heightened awareness of all your senses.
If there's something you repetitiously do then this creates a space that allows you to extend inward and tune into your Intuitive gifts. The relaxation and trance-like state that you fall into as your body does something that is automatic pulls you into other realms.
Your imagination just naturally brings you there. That's where you'll find your spirit's guidance. Pay attention. What do you feel, hear or see?
This is how meditation works for you as well. What loving thoughts come forward? That's your spirit advising you. When you are fully present write down all that you experienced and then just leave it be.
Go through your day and after a few hours you'll be drawn back to what you experienced and recorded. Now when you return to it you will be ready for the guidance given.
Like all muscles, practice practice practice and in time your guidance will be there at the snap of your fingers. That's how powerful you are! And that's just the beginning.
