It may seem like the most challenging problem you've ever had to face. And it might well be. In the past you've been where you are now, worrying about what today will bring, and tomorrow.
Take some moments here for some space to really talk this out. First, before we even look at your problem let's look at some things you've walked through in your past.
You were badass and you rocked it. You walked through each of those battles like a trooper and came out into the light because of it. You didn't lay down and give up. You met it.
What other memories can you bring back? What other challenges have you dealt with when you didn't think there was light to be seen? How did you know what to do in that situation? Did you get support from others? Do you see how it worked itself out sometimes in completely different ways than you expected?
You had no idea, and then you witnessed what you consider to be a miracle. Others laughed and poked fun at you for believing that, but in your heart you knew and you smiled before any of them cracked their lips of slander.
Weren't you amazed at how powerful and strong you were? Don't you see that there is not a problem or challenge you can't meet head on? You don't need to know what you'll do tomorrow. Just focus on today.
What can you do today that would make progress toward seeing light in your life again? Do that. Don't even give it a second thought, just do it. And as you begin to do those baby steps day after day, before you know it you'll already have rounded the corner and you're back in alignment again.
It's okay to feel weak. It's okay to feel like you've had enough and you can't go another day. It's okay to not feel like talking to anyone or eating or small talk or any of the other precious moments we live into each day. It is okay. You just need to purge all that is inside of you that doesn't serve you anymore.
When the dark night of the soul visits you it's wise to remember that where it resides, light also lives within it. And in this world of contrasts you are immersed in all of the dark and light that comes along that spectrum. Light always wins out. Love always wins.
You are gifted the contrasts, the cycles of life that would have you meet them again and again until you meet them with your ever loving powerful light. When you face it with light rather than diving into the darkness you are on the leaning curve of wisdom.
What light do you see now? What will you do now that you know this too will pass? The Universe/Source/God can't wait to see how you will bring light to your life when darkness befalls you.
Don't keep yourself in a victim mentality. Move out of that darkness and into the light of your day. There is where you will find love. There is where you will find the light. There is where you will find the answers that seek you. Come on out and shine your light upon them. They await your arrival.
May this day serve you well. There is no other time.
Happy Friday, Love-Lights!
